All visitors can view Feedespy feeds but members have the opportunity to personalise their feeds in order to view only the publishers and categories they wish. Also, they have the benefit of selecting their favourite feeds and making comments on them.
Specifically, on the upper right corner of the feed there are 3 icons ( ). One represents the choice of adding a feed to their "My Favourites", the middle one offers the opportunity to see if other members made a comment and the third icon gives you the choice to "close" (x) a feed. When a feed is closed it will not re-appear but it will exist in the history of your feeds. Also, in the Feed page there is the choice of making a search. On the right side of the wall you can find "Looking for something" where you can write a keyword in order to search Feedespy's entire database and specifically it searches the article's title and description.
Members have the opportunity to create their own "My Favorites" and "My Comments". In this way all members can have their personal portfolio of interesting feeds without losing time on searching.
To include a feed to your favourite list click on the icon . Automatically the heart will turn blue and the feed will be included in your "My Favorites". If you want to unselect the feed then you need to click on the blue coloured heart. The colour of the heart will return to its initial phase and the feed will be removed from your "My Favourites". To comment on an article you need to click on "View more" and at the bottom of the feed you can make a comment in the white comment space. You have the choice to make the comment public or keep it personal as a note. The articles with a comment or note are automatically saved in your personal "My Comments". You can find the "My Favourites" and the "My Comments" in the upper right corner of the Feedespy page, click on your name and select "My Favourites" or "My Comments" from the drop down list.
